Key Responsibilities :


Strategic Leadership :


- Develop and execute the organizations IT Process Automation roadmap.


- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual workload and improve process accuracy.


Team Management :


- Lead, coach, and develop a team of automation developers and analysts.


- Assign tasks, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery.


Technical Oversight :


- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions.


- Utilize tools such as ServiceNow Workflow Studio, scripting languages, and workflow orchestration platforms.


- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and automation best practices.


Stakeholder Collaboration :


- Engage with IT operations, application teams, and business units to gather requirements.


- Communicate project status, issues, and value metrics to leadership.


- Present automation strategy, performance metrics, and ROI to executive stakeholders.


Continuous Improvement :


- Monitor performance of automation workflows and enhance scalability and reliability.


- Stay updated on automation, AI, and orchestration industry trends.


Required Qualifications :


- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar discipline


- 4+ years of hands-on automation experience


- 3+ years in a leadership or management role


- Proficiency in ServiceNow Workflow Studio or other ITPA tools
