Job Title : IT Process Automation Manager (ServiceNow Specialist)

Location : Chennai (On-site/Relocation Mandatory)

Experience : 7 - 12 Years

Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced IT Process Automation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of automated IT processes. This is a strategic role where you will not only get hands-on with tools like ServiceNow Workflow Studio but also lead a team and drive the automation roadmap for the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Define and execute the IT Process Automation roadmap. Identify opportunities across IT and business units to reduce manual effort.

Team Management : Lead, mentor, and allocate resources for a team of automation developers and analysts.

Technical Oversight : Oversee the deployment of solutions using ServiceNow Workflow Studio, Python, and PowerShell. Ensure security and compliance standards are met.

Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with IT Ops, App teams, and Business units. High-Impact Communication : Present project status, risks, and ROI metrics to executive leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Automation Experience : 4+ years of hands-on experience in automation (ITPA tools).

Leadership Experience : 3+ years in a managerial or team lead role.

Tech Stack : Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Workflow Studio, Python, and PowerShell.

Methodology : Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise IT environments.

Career Stability : Candidates must demonstrate good stability (minimum 2 years in previous organizations).

Preferred Skills (Nice to have) :

- Experience leveraging AI/ML for advanced automation.

- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Virtualization (VMware, Citrix).

- Certifications in ITPA tools or ITIL.
