- IT Infrastructure Management : Proactively maintain and secure all IT systems, including networks, servers, and end-user devices, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

- Cyber & Information Security : Implement and manage robust cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security policies, to protect company data and assets.

- Compliance & Licensing : Oversee and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards such as SOC2 and PCI DSS.
Manage software licensing effectively to optimize costs and maintain legal compliance.

- Incident & Risk Management : Lead end-to-end incident response processes, including identification, containment, eradication, recovery, and lessons learned. Develop and maintain Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and procedures.

- IT Project & Budget Management : Plan, execute, and manage IT projects within defined timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Cloud & Virtualization Technologies : Architect, implement, and manage cloud services (AWS, Office 365) and virtualization technologies (MS Hyper-V, VMware) to optimize resource utilization and scalability.

- Server & Storage Management : Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of Windows Servers and SAN/NAS storage solutions, including performance monitoring, capacity planning, and backups.

- IT Vendor & Service Management : Effectively collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations, managing contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Process Implementation : Drive the adoption and improvement of IT workflows based on ITIL processes, particularly Change Management and Incident Management, to enhance efficiency and reduce disruptions.

- Training & Documentation : Develop and conduct information security awareness training programs for employees.
Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and operational procedures.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong and demonstrable expertise in cybersecurity principles, network infrastructure, server administration, and virtualization technologies.

- Proven experience in the implementation and management of firewall and antivirus solutions.

- A thorough understanding and practical experience with SOC2 and PCI DSS compliance requirements and implementation.

- Experience in IT infrastructure design, including disaster recovery planning and the implementation of hybrid IT solutions.

- Solid understanding of incident management processes and the development and execution of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.

- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technica and non-technical1 audiences
