About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead our IT team, manage systems, and deliver reliable technology solutions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage IT operations, systems, and infrastructure.

- Lead and mentor the IT team (recruitment, training, performance reviews).

- Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans.

- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs.

- Monitor systems, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

- Manage annual IT budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Key Requirements :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / IT (Masters preferred).

- 7+ years of experience in IT management.

- Strong knowledge of network architecture, Windows/Linux, Google Suite, Office 365.

- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP).

- Knowledge of firewalls (preferably Sonic Firewalls) & information security policies.

- Familiarity with ISO standards and implementation.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
