Reporting To : General Manager / Secretary

Experience : 5- 8 years in IT support, preferably in hospitality/clubs/resorts

Prestige Elite Club is an exclusive, members-only sports and social club based in South Mumbai.

The club spans over 26 acres and serves a discerning clientele with premium facilities for sports, wellness, dining, and leisure.

Efficient IT operations are critical to ensuring seamless internal management and member services.

Role Overview :

The IT Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the club's IT infrastructure including networks, hardware, software, printers, club management systems, and surveillance systems.

The role is hands-on and support-focused.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain the club's LAN, WiFi networks, and broadband infrastructure

- Provide desktop support for staff across departments (software/hardware issues)

- Troubleshoot and maintain printers, scanners, biometric devices, CCTV, and POS systems

- Ensure uptime of club management software, internet connectivity, and guest-facing systems

- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for repairs, AMC, and installations

- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and purchase documentation

- Provide IT support during events, billing days, member functions, or emergencies

- Regularly back up data, manage club email systems, antivirus, and patch updates

- Assist in implementing IT policies and IT security procedures

- Collaborate with internal departments to improve IT-enabled workflows

Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Network Administration

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support roles in hospitality, clubs, or offices

- Technical proficiency in desktop OS (Windows), printers, routers/switches, and cloud backups

- Certification in CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ will be an advantage

- Ability to handle pressure and multitask across multiple departments

- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills

- Available to work on-call during major events, weekends
