IT Manager - .Net/Java

Role : IT Manager - Chennai - URGENT

1. Qualification :

- Strong leadership experience in managing large development teams (50+ people).

- Proven track record of setting up and scaling offshore IT teams.

- Experience in people management, talent retention, and ability to recruit and retain top talent in the offshore location.

- Experience in setting up and optimizing IT processes for efficiency and scalability.

- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, cloud technologies, and security best practices.

- Experience with modern architectures, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

- Outstanding knowledge of various IT systems

- Familiarity with technology stack such as C#, .NET, JAVA, networking, security.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with the main office IT team.

- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive effective collaboration.

- Experience working in distributed teams and managing time zone differences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges.

2. Duties and responsibilities :

- Develop strategies for our COE IT department

- Implement new strategies and optimize existing strategies

- Hire new key roles for IT department

- Plan together with HODs and oversee IT departments projects

- Work closely with IT Director and HODs in main office
