Location : Andheri East Mumbai.

Key Deliverable :

- Responsible for implementation of ERP covering the entire process right from selection of ERP vendor, forming implementation team, coordinating with stake holders, monitoring the process till successful implementation including user-training.

- Remain abreast of latest technology and implement automated systems and processes to replace manual processes, research, and recommend acquisition of network hardware and software.

- Ensure, preserve and make available IT Infrastructure (system and services) and plan, organize, and control all IT related matters including Licenses, data, wireless communications, telephony, computer hardware and software.

- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems, trouble shoot and provide strategic solutions to network issues in time.

- Build and maintain organizations social media presence and help improve engagement and brand awareness through social media.

Must have competencies :

- Must have 12-15 years experience in a manufacturing industry.

Professional Attributes :

- Hands on experience in implementation of ERP.

- Automation.

- Knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware and software.

- Hands on experience in computer network, network administration and network installation.

- Tech savvy with awareness of latest related IT technology.

Technical Skills :

- ERP Systems : SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms.

- Database Management : MS SQL Server, Oracle Database, or MySQL.

- Networking : LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.

- Cloud Platforms : Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Virtualization Tools : VMware, Hyper-V.

- Backup & Security : Data recovery, disaster recovery planning, endpoint security, and network security protocols.

- Automation Tools : Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Power Automate or UiPath.

- Social Media Tools : Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms for brand engagement.

- Operating Systems : Windows Server, Linux.

- Collaboration Tools : Microsoft 365 Suite, SharePoint, Teams, or Slack.
