About the Role :

Wrig Nanosystems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead and manage the organizations complete IT ecosystem. The role demands a seasoned professional with expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM systems, IoT integrations, and process automation.

The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring business continuity, implementing enterprise-grade solutions, and driving digital transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure & Security :

- Design, deploy, and manage centralized IT security infrastructure, including Active Directory, identity management, endpoint security, and access controls.

- Monitor, audit, and enforce cybersecurity policies to safeguard business-critical data.

- Maintain and optimize network infrastructure, VPNs, firewalls, and server environments.

Enterprise Systems & Applications :

- Oversee ERP systems (SAP/Odoo) and CRM platforms, ensuring performance, reporting accuracy, and integration with business workflows.

- Implement and manage project management software for improved collaboration and workflow automation.

- Manage and secure local server-hosted applications, ensuring role-based access and uptime reliability.

IoT & Digital Transformation :

- Lead the integration and monitoring of IoT-based data loggers across operations, enabling real-time analytics and process optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital process automation and smart manufacturing practices.

Governance & Vendor Management :

- Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices (ISO, GDPR, etc.).

- Manage IT asset lifecycle: procurement, licensing, renewals, audits, and vendor negotiations.

- Establish and monitor SLA-driven vendor performance for IT services and infrastructure.

Leadership & Support :

- Provide technical leadership to internal IT teams and stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot, resolve escalations, and ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.

- Build and maintain documentation for IT processes, systems architecture, and compliance audits.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred).

- 7+ years of experience in IT management, enterprise infrastructure, and security operations.

- Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Odoo), CRM tools, and project management platforms.

- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows/Linux server management, networking protocols, and firewalls.

- Knowledge of IoT systems integration, industrial automation, and data-driven operations.

- Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS/Azure), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and backup solutions.

- Strong problem-solving, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams.
