IT Manager - Client Proposals & Risk Assessment

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead client RFP responses, IT policy reviews, and vendor risk assessments for our tech product offering. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent client-facing and proposal writing skills.

Responsibilities :

- Lead RFP response processes for prospective clients, ensuring comprehensive technical proposal submissions.

- Conduct IT policy reviews and assessments for client organisations.

- Perform vendor risk assessments and security evaluations.

- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop winning proposals.

- Review and analyse client IT infrastructure requirements and compliance needs.

- Provide technical expertise during client presentations and meetings.

- Maintain knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 5-6 years of IT management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

- Strong experience with RFP processes and proposal development.

- Expertise in IT security frameworks, risk assessment methodologies.

- Knowledge of compliance standards (SOC 2 ISO 27001 GDPR, etc.).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with vendor management and third-party risk assessments.

- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, PMP).

- Experience with enterprise software implementations.

- Previous client-facing role experience.

- Project management experience.
