IT Leader - Roadmap & Strategy

Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to spearhead technology strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise IT operations for a fast-growing, mid-sized global organization. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who can align IT with business objectives, manage complex technology landscapes, and deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute IT strategy in alignment with business goals.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, ERP rollouts, and cybersecurity enhancements.

- Lead IT due diligence and integration during M&A activities, ensuring seamless system consolidation and business continuity.

- Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure (on-premise & cloud), disaster recovery, and information security frameworks.

- Ensure IT governance, compliance, and service delivery excellence.

- Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technology outcomes.

- Lead and mentor IT teams, manage vendors, and optimize IT budgets (Capex & Opex).

- Deliver enterprise-scale IT programs and projects on time and within budget.

Key Requirements :

- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.

- Strong expertise in IT strategy, enterprise infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

- Proven track record in digital transformation and M&A integrations.

- Hands-on experience in programme/project management and business partnering.

- Ability to lead multi-country IT operations and manage external vendors.

- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, governance, and compliance best practices.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
