Role Summary.

- Lead and govern all IT, infrastructure, cloud, and broadcast systems across FSC.

- Drive uptime, process compliance, and continuous improvement.

- Act as technical authority and people lead for the IT function.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee end-to-end IT operations: network, systems, broadcast, cloud, and cybersecurity.

- Manage infrastructure upgrades (Fortinet firewalls, VLANs, NAS, cloud servers).

- Supervise and mentor IT Executives and Senior Executives; track KPIs and training.

- Plan and execute change management, version control, and documentation.

- Coordinate vendors for IT and production hardware/software procurement.

- Maintain system backups, license compliance, and patch management.

- Govern ERP task hygiene and SOP adherence across the department.

- Oversee broadcast & production systems:

- LiveU configuration and monitoring.

- SDI/NDI routing, signal integrity, and sync.

- vMix operations, teleprompter systems, and recording to NAS/cloud.

- Stream management (RTMP/SRT), latency monitoring, and failover readiness.

- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for documentation, scripting, and automation.

- Validate AI outputs and ensure secure, compliant implementation.

Job Requirement :

Required Skills :

- Fortinet administration, VLAN segmentation, and network security.

- AWS / Google Cloud operations and cost management.

- NAS and backup administration.

- Windows / GWS administration, endpoint security.

- vMix, NDI, LiveU, and broadcast workflow troubleshooting.

- Basic scripting or AI-assisted script generation (PowerShell / Bash / Python).

- Vendor and asset management using ERP.

Experience :

- 68+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud, or broadcast support.

- Prior leadership or project ownership experience.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- NSE4+, CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft/Azure Admin, ITIL Foundation.
