Role Description :

This is an on-site, full-time IT Lead role based in Mumbai.

The IT Lead will oversee daily IT operations, manage network administration, ensure robust network security, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide excellent customer service.

The role will also include strategizing IT solutions, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology practices and systems.

- Strong Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Expertise in Network Security to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure.

- Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and support.

- Recommend architectural improvements, design solutions and integration solutions for Data Centres and Cloud Environments.

- Deploy / Manage the enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud C Network implementation/operation.

- Liaising with internal auditors and GRC teams to ensure appropriate security and IT controls are implemented and maintained in the IT infrastructure.

- Managing and working as per the complete ITSM framework, helpdesk, incident, change and release management.

- Vendor Management, Procurement of its hardware like server, desktop network devices C laptops.

- Maintaining AMCs and contracts with Data centers and cloud service providers.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and teams.

- Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
