About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to design, implement and maintain robust, secure, and scalable IT systems for our Kashipur office. You'll own servers, networks, storage, cloud integrations and the operational processes that keep business systems available and secure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain servers, networks, storage, backup, and cloud services (AWS / Azure).

- Ensure system security, patch management, endpoint protection, and disaster recovery readiness.

- Install, configure, and upgrade IT hardware, OS, middleware and application software.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and drive timely resolution.

- Implement and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and change control.

- Oversee identity & access management (Active Directory, LDAP) and database availability.

- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, support, and SLA management.

- Drive capacity planning, cost optimization and infrastructure improvements.

- Keep documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures up to date.

- Stay current on emerging tech, compliance standards, and best practices.

Requirements & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 5- 10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage.

- Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux servers, Active Directory, networking (routing, switching, firewalls).

- Familiar with backup & DR solutions, monitoring tools, and basic database administration.

- Understanding of security standards, patching, vulnerability management and compliance.

- Proven ability to manage vendors, SLAs and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Relevant certifications preferred : CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified (Solutions Architect / SysOps) or equivalent.

- Strong problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
