IT Infrastructure Head - Datacenter

Job Summary :

CMS is seeking an experienced leader to head its IT Infrastructure & Services Practice. This strategic role involves driving technology roadmaps, managing alliances, leading delivery and pre-sales functions, and building a high-performing team. The candidate must have deep knowledge across IT infrastructure domainsServers, Networking, Data Center, Cloud, Security, and SMACand should be capable of aligning technology with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead pre-sales, alliances, solutioning, and delivery ownership

- Build and manage relationships with OEMs and partners

- Develop IT service offerings and best practices

- Ensure project governance and compliance with ISO/CMMI standards

Required Skills :

- Pre-sales, alliances, and delivery leadership

- Exposure to ISO 27001, ISO 20000, CMMI

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management & team-building skills

Education : Bachelor's in Engineering or Business (mandatory)

Mandatory skills :

1. Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure stack (Servers, Networks, Data Center, Cloud, Information Security)

2. Pre-sales experience in IT Infrastructure / Services

3. Proven leadership in practice development & delivery

4. Experience working with OEMs and IT vendors

5. Project estimation, planning, and execution capabilities

6. Experience in managing customer relationships and sales strategy

7. 10 to 18 years in IT infra or professional services (At least 510 in IT Infra + 35 in customer-facing sales/alliances role)

8. Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business

9. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

10. Familiarity with CMMI, ISO 27001, ISO20000 standards
