Job Purpose :

The candidate will be responsible to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives across digital platforms and AI-driven ecosystems, enabling scalable and future-ready solutions.

This role will drive strategic transformation, ensure regulatory alignment and strengthen operational resilience while leading large, multi-location teams to deliver high-impact technology outcomes in a regulated financial services environment and will report to Chief Digital Officer.

Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the Financial Services' technology overseeing core loan origination systems, digital channels, and enterprise platforms.

- Cloud-native architecture and responsible AI deployment.

- Oversee a large, multi-location technology organization and requires close collaboration with executive leadership, business heads, including leading discussions at IT and Operations and engaging proactively with regulators on technology and policy matters.

- Manage technology and AI platform teams, driving AI-native transformation, ensuring compliance with RBI IT frameworks and emerging AI regulations; and building scalable infrastructure for resilient operations.

- Transform and drive innovation, accelerating digital initiatives and leveraging data and modern platforms to enhance products, services and operational efficiency.

- Manage large-scale technology teams, and the ability to balance strategic vision with disciplined execution in a regulated Financial Services' environment.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 18+ years of experience in technology delivery within BFSI, with significant exposure to lending platforms and core Financial Services' systems.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-location technology teams and managing enterprise-wide IT project portfolios.

- Strong experience in driving digital transformation, cloud-native architectures, and data/AI-led initiatives.

- Deep understanding of loan lifecycle, credit risk, and regulatory frameworks (RBI guidelines, IT governance, audits).

- Experience in enterprise integrations, APIs and platform modernization across complex ecosystems.

- Demonstrated ability to engage with CXOs, business leaders, and regulators, and represent technology in governance forums.
