Principal Accountabilities :

- Develop and implement the company's IT strategy, aligning with overall business goals

- Build the IT Architecture for the company.

- Lead the companys digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies

- Drive innovation and process improvements, integrating IT solutions

- Collaborate with senior management to identify technology needs, set priorities, and allocate resources effectively.

- Develop overall efficiency by bringing the latest technology which can fit into our requirements.

- Develop customized communication tools for the organization

- Restructure entire operations with the latest Tech solutions

IT Infrastructure & Operations :

- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of IT infrastructure, ensuring robust and scalable systems

- Manage IT services, including networks, servers, databases, and software, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, especially concerning data protection

- Manage risk assessments and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of any IT disruptions.

- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing IT team, ensuring the right skills are in place to meet the company's current and future technology needs.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the IT department, staying ahead of industry trends and new technologies.

- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure the delivery of efficient IT solutions.

- Lead the implementation of IT projects, including enterprise software systems, cloud solutions, and technology-driven sustainability initiatives.

- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

- Drive the integration of advanced management systems, automation, and smart technologies

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- A Masters degree or MBA is preferred.

Experience range : Minimum of 18 - 25 years
