IT Governance Manager - COBIT/ITIL

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage IT governance frameworks and operations in alignment with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 standards.

- Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

- Oversee policy development, compliance tracking, and IT service management continuous improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate IT risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and regulatory reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, auditors, and regulators to ensure IT processes support organizational goals.

- Maintain and manage the IT governance calendar, including governance forums, meetings, and action tracking.

- Provide expert guidance on governance best practices, control mechanisms, and compliance frameworks.

- Prepare governance documentation, dashboards, and reports for senior management, risk committees, and audit boards.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, ITSM, Compliance, or Risk Management roles.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 frameworks.

- Proven track record of policy development, audit readiness, and governance program execution.

- Excellent understanding of IT risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Relevant certifications such as COBIT, ITIL Expert, ISO 20000, CISA, or CGEIT are highly desirable.
