Purpose of Job :
To manage post-contract IT governance by owning end-to-end SLA performance, vendor/partner governance, contract compliance, and management reporting, ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards.
Job Details :
Experience : 36 years of relevant experience in end to end contract lifecycle.
CTC Bracket : Competitive, aligned with industry standards.
Qualification : BE / B.Tech / MCA / BCA / MTech.
Location : Gurugram (WFO 5 days).
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days (candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred).
Mandatory Skills :
- Hands-on experience in IT SLA management and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of SLA validation, penalty/reward calculations, and service reviews.
- Experience in IT partner/vendor governance or managed services environment.
Skills Required :
- Good knowledge of IT contracts, contractual terms, and post-contract management.
- Experience working on or supporting RFPs and contract discussions.
- Strong Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and SLA dashboards.
- Experience preparing management reports and performance dashboards.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end SLA monitoring, validation, and performance management post contract signing.
- Track SLA compliance, calculate penalties/rewards, and highlight service gaps.
- Conduct regular governance and performance review meetings with partners/vendors.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare periodic SLA, KPI, and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Identify partner risks and escalate potential business or service delivery issues.
- Support audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to drive service improvement initiatives.
