Educational Qualification : B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Role Overview :

We are seeking an IT Engineering Manager who possesses strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and experience in managing IT teams and projects. Responsibilities include supervising engineering teams, overseeing system operations, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and coordinating with multiple departments for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Planning : Develop IT roadmaps that support long-term business growth.

- Project Management : Lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance.

- Team Leadership : Lead, supervise, hire, train, and mentor IT engineers, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

- Architecture Review : Evaluate software architecture and technical solutions for scalability, security, and efficiency.

- Compliance : Implement cybersecurity protocols, monitor threats, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

- Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.

- System Monitoring : Track system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions.

- Technology Implementation : Introduce new technologies to improve efficiency, automation, and digital transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Technical Expertise in Python, C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core.

- Experience with RESTful API design and microservices.

- Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.

- Leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and resolve conflicts.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
