IT Director - ERP Platform

Join C&S Wholesale Grocers GCC Leadership Team Drive Innovation in Global IT Delivery.

We are looking for visionary IT leaders to take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery.

You will lead complex initiativesstarting from requirements gathering, through design, development, QA, deployment, and ongoing support.

These are fully custom-built applications designed to either integrate with or replace existing Oracle ERP systems, requiring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.

Key Focus Areas (Select One Based on Your Domain Expertise) :

We are hiring for leadership roles with deep functional and technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 4 years in a Manager/ Director-level leadership role

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (R12 or later) or similar enterprise platforms both technical and functional

- Proven ability to collaborate across business, functional, and technical teams in a global delivery setup

- Deep expertise in one or more of the core business process areas listed above

- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional product development and integration teams

- Experience with global delivery models, and full ERP implementation lifecycle

Preferred Technical Skills :

- Oracle ERP (R12), SQL, PL/SQL

Domain Preference :

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory processes

- Preferred industry background : Wholesale or Retail Grocery
