About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant Digital Analytics Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM Planning to lead enterprise planning and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine functional consulting, business analysis, and digital analytics expertise to deliver scalable Oracle EPM solutions that support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business decision-making.

This role requires excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project leadership skills, along with the ability to drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM Planning implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM Planning solutions.

- Configure and support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes within Oracle Cloud EPM.

- Provide functional expertise in the Oracle Grant Management module and ensure seamless integration with planning processes.

- Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, and user training.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

- Develop project plans, monitor milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

- Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.

- Review system configurations, validate business processes, and support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities and implementing best practices.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance policies, and implementation methodologies.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance across project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 9-14 years of overall experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or enterprise application consulting.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, including at least two end-to-end implementation projects.

- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Grant Management.

- Experience in business process analysis, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Good understanding of digital analytics, data analysis, and business intelligence concepts.

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Experience working in Agile and enterprise project delivery environments.
