Job Summary :
The IT Configuration Analyst II will be primarily responsible for the support and management of our IAM and SSO infrastructure, including integration support for third-party applications.
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Ws-Fed, and Kerberos, and have experience in API integrations.
The role also requires hands-on experience with IAM tools like OneLogin, Okta, and Google SSO.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
What You'll Do :
- Provide support for the entire IAM and SSO infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient access to all systems and applications.
- Manage the integration of third-party applications with IAM/SSO.
- Leverage expertise in protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Ws-Fed, and Kerberos to enhance security and access management.
- Handle API integrations, ensuring seamless interconnectivity between different systems and applications.
- Use IAM tools, including OneLogin, Okta, and Google SSO, for configuration and management purposes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM/SSO-related issues in a timely manner, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to IAM/SSO configurations, API integrations, and automation workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IAM/SSO and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Develop, implement, and manage automation workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy of operations (like Onboarding & Offboarding, User provisioning & De-provisioning).
What You've Done :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Configuration Analyst, preferably with a focus on IAM and SSO.
- Strong knowledge of protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Ws-Fed, and Kerberos.
- Experience with API integrations.
- Proficiency with IAM tools such as OneLogin, Okta, and Google SSO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
