About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Compliance Manager specializing in Global Trade Management (GTM) Systems to lead performance optimization and compliance initiatives across our international trade operations. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, compliance knowledge, and process optimization skills to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient GTM system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- System Performance & Optimization : Monitor, analyze, and tune GTM platforms to ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability.

- Compliance Oversight : Ensure GTM systems adhere to global trade regulations, data integrity, and corporate IT policies.

- Process Improvement : Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within trade workflows and recommend technology-driven solutions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with IT, supply chain, and compliance teams to support system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.

- Metrics & Reporting : Track key system performance indicators, conduct root-cause analyses, and present findings to technical and business stakeholders.

- Technology Integration : Support integration of GTM platforms with ERP, logistics, and compliance tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience with Global Trade Management (GTM) systems (e.g., SAP GTS, Oracle GTM, or similar platforms).

- Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, customs compliance, and logistics workflows.

- Hands-on experience in performance monitoring, tuning, and process optimization.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.

- Proficiency with integration tools and performance monitoring technologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Background in IT compliance and security frameworks.

- Experience working with large-scale supply chain or trade compliance projects.

- Exposure to data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) or automation frameworks.
