Tech Engineer IT Business Analyst End User Application & Authentication.

Experience: 8 Years.

Location: Pune.

Key Responsibilities :


- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to end-user applications and authentication solutions.

- Manage authentication tools and technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and IAM platforms.

- Analyze existing processes and recommend solutions to improve authentication and application access efficiency.

- Lead the planning and implementation of application updates and patches.

- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with authentication and identity access management policies.

- Provide L2/L3 support for authentication issues and application access problems.

- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with QA teams to validate functionality before deployment.

- Maintain documentation, process flows, and training materials for end-user application use and access.

- Participate in ITIL-based service delivery and incident/change/problem management processes.

Technical Skills Required :


- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.

- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, SSO, and MFA solutions (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Duo).

- Proficient in troubleshooting authentication and authorization issues.

- Familiarity with enterprise applications like Office 365, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.

- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow for documentation and ticket tracking.

- Working knowledge of security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

- Basic understanding of scripting (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
