Mandatory Skills :


- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations


- Expertise in Finance and Operations modules within D365


- Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting


- Experience in business analysis and requirement gathering


- Understanding of finance processes GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting


- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications


- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills


Roles & Responsibilities:


- Work as a Business Analyst for Finance & Reporting systems


- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements


- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand reporting needs


- Support implementation and enhancements in D365 Finance


- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reports


- Coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery


- Perform UAT support and validate financial reports


- Provide post-implementation support and documentation


Good to Have Skills :


- Experience with Power BI / reporting tools


- Knowledge of SQL / data analysis


- Exposure to ERP implementations


- Agile project experience
