Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in application deployment, system integration, API management, and process automation, while coordinating with outsourced vendors to ensure the seamless operation of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead implementation and integration of enterprise applications :

- ERP (Order Processing, Inventory, Finance)

- SFA (Sales Force Automation) for field sales tracking

- DMS (Distributor Management System)

- Chemist Software for retail order management

- Miniature LIMS for Quality Control & COA management

- HRMS for employee lifecycle management

- Cloud Analytics & Data Lake for reporting and insights

- Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring smooth connectivity and data flow across systems.

- Manage business process automation and optimization, aligning IT solutions with organizational goals.

- Function as Project Manager for multiple application implementations, ensuring timely delivery and vendor compliance.

- Ensure adherence to IT governance, cybersecurity best practices, and regulatory compliance (GMP, HIPAA, GDPR).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- 812 years of experience in IT applications, system integration, and enterprise software management.

- Strong expertise in ERP, SFA, DMS, HRMS, and cloud-based applications.

- Proven hands-on experience in API integration, process automation, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, IT governance, and compliance frameworks (GMP, HIPAA, GDPR).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries.

- Exposure to AI/ML-powered analytics and cloud-based automation tools.

- Certifications in AWS, Azure, ITIL, CISSP, or ERP platforms.

- Understanding of data privacy laws (HIPAA, GDPR, DPDP Act India).
