We're looking for a proactive and solution-oriented IT Application Engineer who thrives at the intersection of business and technology.

You will work at the forefront of innovation, supporting SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, driving application enhancements, and partnering with cross-functional teams globally.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the primary point of contact for business users to ensure smooth operations and effective application support.

- Provide hands-on support and maintenance for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Fiori applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and technical enhancements.

- Participate in future MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) implementations and system rollouts.

- Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests following ITIL practices.

- Coordinate with global IT teams, implementation partners, and external vendors.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in SAP applications.

- Develop user documentation and deliver training as required.

Requirements :

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Application Support or Implementation.

- Exposure to SAP Public Cloud environment and Fiori Apps is required.

- Experience working in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills :

- Good understanding of core SAP modules and business processes (e.g, SD, MM, PP, FI).

- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and service management practices.

- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)

- Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
