Role : SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM, including at least one full end-to-end S/4HANA implementation. This role requires a professional who can lead and participate in implementation projects, translate business needs into technical solutions, and configure the PM module to support robust maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation and Project Leadership : Lead and actively participate in SAP S/4HANA PM module implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

- Business Analysis : Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications for the SAP PM module.

Module Configuration :

Perform comprehensive configuration of the SAP PM module, including :

- Equipment and Functional Locations

- Maintenance Planning, Task Lists, and Maintenance Plans

- Notifications and Work Orders

- Maintenance Strategies

- Process Expertise : Utilize strong knowledge of maintenance processes, including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.

- Core Functionalities : Demonstrate a solid understanding of notification and work order management, maintenance planning, and the entire equipment lifecycle management.

- Integration : Work with other SAP modules, showcasing integration knowledge with MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), FI (Financial Accounting), and CO (Controlling).

- Data Migration : Leverage experience with data migration tools such as LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) or LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit).

- Reporting & UI : Possess familiarity with Fiori Apps that are relevant to Plant Maintenance.

- Client Interaction : Interact with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance.

- Implementation : Mandatory experience with at least one full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Technical Skills :

- Proven experience in configuring the core elements of the SAP PM module.

- Strong understanding of maintenance business processes.

- Hands-on experience with data migration tools.

- Knowledge of relevant Fiori Apps.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
