Role : SAP Basis Consultant

Work location : Puducherry, India

Job description :

- Perform system installation, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and support activities.

- Lead or support ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects, ensuring smooth transition with minimal downtime.

- Execute S/4HANA upgrade projects including pre/post upgrade activities.

- Perform client copies, system refreshes, kernel upgrades, and patch management.

- Manage database backups, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring, EWA, and CHARM.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and system optimization.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (7.2 preferred).

- Proven track record in ECC to S/4HANA conversions and S/4HANA upgrades.

- Experience with HANA DB, Linux OS, and SAP landscape architecture.

- Good understanding of SAP security, roles, and authorizations.

- Experience in SAP support and ticketing systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to SAP Cloud technologies and integration tools.
