Employment Status : Contract.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Putaway, Picking, Cycle Counting, and Warehouse Operations.
- Handle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and track issue resolution.
- Analyze integration issues between WMS and other modules (e.g., Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Logistics).
- Support configuration changes, rule updates, and system validations as required.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist business teams in daily operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in regression testing, UAT support, and deployment of minor enhancements.
- Provide knowledge transfer and end-user support for warehouse processes.
- Document support activities, configuration changes, and update SOPs.
Required Skills :
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM/WMS, with strong expertise in WMS functional processes.
In-depth knowledge of :
- Inventory Transactions & Adjustments
- Task Management
- Warehouse Rules & Strategies
- Scanning/Barcode processes
- Experience handling support projects with tight SLAs.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion setups, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of integrations with 3PL systems, OTBI/Fusion Analytics, and REST/SOAP services.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (SCM, OM, Procurement, Inventory).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
