Description :

Work experience : 5+ Years.

Work location : Remote.

Project duration : 3 months & extendable.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration :

- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion EPM modules, including :


1. Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS / EPBCS).


2. Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS).

3. Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS).

4. Narrative Reporting (NR).


5. Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS).

- Design and configure business rules, calculation scripts, hierarchies, metadata, and workflows.

- Develop budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning models.

Business Process & Requirements :

- Work with Finance and Strategy teams to gather requirements and translate them into EPM solutions.

- Streamline financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes.

- Recommend best practices for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Integration & Reporting :


- Integrate EPM with Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance/SCM/HCM) and third-party systems.

- Build dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and BI tools.

- Ensure accuracy of financial data for compliance, audit, and management reporting.

Support & Maintenance :

- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion EPM modules.

- Perform troubleshooting, enhancements, and patch testing.

- Manage quarterly updates, regression testing, and deployment of new features.

Governance & Compliance :

- Ensure alignment with IFRS/GAAP and corporate reporting standards.

- Implement internal controls and security policies for financial data.

- Support statutory reporting, internal audits, and external audits.

Training & Change Management :

- Conduct training sessions for Finance and Business users on planning, budgeting, and reporting.

- Prepare SOPs, user manuals, and training documentation.

- Promote adoption of EPM tools and self-service reporting.

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion EPM modules (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, EDMCS, NR).

- Solid understanding of finance, FP&A, consolidation, and statutory reporting.

- Proficiency in Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and BI Publisher.

- Hands-on experience with EPM integrations (ERP, HCM, third-party).

- Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving ability.

- Knowledge of RPA, AI/ML in financial planning, and predictive analytics is a plus.
