Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support across EPM, SCM, FDI, and WMS modules.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform impact analysis and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Gather requirements and support minor enhancements or configuration updates as needed.
- Coordinate with technical teams to implement changes and validate system functionality.
- Support end users with process clarifications, system navigation, and functional guidance.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and assist in preparation of training documents.
- Ensure smooth functioning of integrations and data flows, including FDI and cross-module processes.
- Monitor daily transactions, month-end activities, and system performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and technical resources.
- Provide periodic status updates, issue logs, and support documentation.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion cloud applications.
- Strong functional knowledge in the following modules :
1. EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
2. SCM (Supply Chain Management)
3. FDI (Financials Data Integration / Fusion Data Integration)
4. WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Hands-on experience with configuration, setups, and support activities across modules.
- Experience in incident management, problem analysis, and SLA-based support environments.
- Good understanding of fusion reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, etc.
- Knowledge of integrations, data mapping, and data migration processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
