We are seeking a talented 3+ year experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our dynamic team immediately. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to both back-end and front-end development, and helping shape the technical architecture of the application.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end solutions for web applications.

- Work with Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS to build scalable back-end services.

- Design, implement, and optimise user-facing features using React.js and Next.js.

- Utilise TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development to ensure maintainable, scalable code.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to define and implement new features.

- Manage database systems, such as MySQL and MongoDB, for both structured and unstructured data.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining best practices across the team.

- Ensure responsive, user-friendly, and accessible front-end experiences.

- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle: from ideation to deployment and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.

- Strong experience with Node.js and proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Solid understanding of front-end development with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.

- Experience with Express.js and NestJS frameworks is a plus.

- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and WebSocket integration.

- Comfortable working with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

- Team-oriented with good communication and collaboration skills.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a bonus.

Desired Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.

- Understanding of GraphQL and server-side rendering techniques.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerised environments.
