Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced TIBCO Developer with strong hands-on expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x/6.x), integration frameworks, and enterprise middleware solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting integration services across complex enterprise environments. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced onshore/offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Design & Development :

- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x/6.x, BW Adapters, TIBCO EMS, Designer/Studio, and other components from the TIBCO suite.

- Build complex, high-performing services following Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and established coding best practices.

- Develop integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, XML, JSON, JMS, and related technologies.

- Apply SOA and Microservices principles to architect scalable and modular integration solutions.

Project Lifecycle & Delivery :

- Participate in the full SDLC including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Collaborate closely with functional teams, architects, and other developers to align on solution designs and deliver high-quality integration services.

- Work with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitoring, Deployment & Support :

- Manage and monitor TIBCO environments using tools such as TIBCO Administrator and TIBCO HAWK.

- Provide L2/L3 support for production issues, including off-hours support for critical incidents and deployments.

- Troubleshoot integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and environment-related issues proactively.

DevOps & Automation :

- Use GitHub for version control and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.

- Write and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for environment setup, automation, and deployment tasks.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on development experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x/6.x, BW Adapters, EMS, Runtime Agents, Designer/Studio.

- Proficiency in Java, JMS, SOAP/REST services, XML, JSON, SQL.

- Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and Linux/Unix scripting.

- Deep understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), microservices design, and distributed systems.

- Solid experience implementing solutions using Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).

- Knowledge of enterprise security standards and integration security protocols.
