Position Overview :

We are looking for a Senior SnapLogic Developer with 8-12 years of experience in building complex integration solutions, enterprise automation, and cloud-native platforms.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SnapLogic-based integrations along with contributing to automation initiatives across Python, AWS, APIs, and data engineering components.

This role is part of our high-performing Integration & Automation Team, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to deliver scalable automation, enterprise-grade integrations, and seamless data flows.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration & Automation Development :

- Design, architect, and implement complex integration pipelines using SnapLogic, integrating heterogeneous systems across cloud and on-prem environments.

- Develop reusable Snaps, patterns, and frameworks aligned with enterprise integration best practices.

- Build robust ETL/ELT workflows, data pipelines, and transformation logic supporting large-scale business operations.

API & Platform Engineering :

- Design and build REST APIs and microservices that power scalable enterprise workflows.

- Integrate SnapLogic pipelines with AWS services, internal applications, and third-party systems.

Automation Engineering :

- Develop automation solutions using Python and modern scripting to simplify business processes.

- Build end-to-end automation for Workday and other enterprise applications (optional but preferred).

System Design & Collaboration :

- Work with business and engineering stakeholders to scope new features and provide technical recommendations.

- Contribute to architecture discussions, solution design, and platform evolution.

- Maintain high-quality documentation, including design specifications, interface contracts, and data mapping documents.

Quality Engineering & DevOps :

- Ensure high-quality code through automated testing, CI/CD, and rigorous code reviews.

- Monitor and optimize integration performance using SnapLogic and AWS monitoring tools.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Required Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of end-to-end integration development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SnapLogic.

- Strong experience in designing and building data transformations, complex pipelines, and reusable integration patterns.

- Deep understanding of ETL/ELT methodologies, data profiling, migration, extraction, and transformation.

- Strong proficiency with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, Aurora, AppSync, Redshift, and CloudWatch.

- Hands-on development experience with Python, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and API management concepts.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
