Issquared Inc - UI/UX Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

Key Responsibilities :

- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.

- Translate business and user requirements into visually engaging, high-fidelity designs.

- Prepare brochures, whitepapers, infographics, and visual assets to support marketing initiatives.

- Design promotional materials including banners, standees, and handouts for campaigns and events.

- Produce video tutorials for product documentation and user guidance.

- Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms and products.

- Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools/technologies in UI/UX and visual design.

Qualifications :

- 4 - 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX or visual design.

- Minimum 2 years of experience designing for software or digital products.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as :

1. Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar

2. Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

- Strong understanding of interaction design, user-centered design principles, and usability best practices.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and creative design work is required.

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and basic front-end development concepts.

- Experience with accessibility and responsive design standards.
