About the Role :

Join the core AI team building the engine that powers intelligent agents for each student.

You will help develop and optimize the recommendation system, learning analytics, and natural language capabilities of our agentic AI tutors and placement mentors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and train ML models for personalized learning paths and placement prep

- Implement recommendation engines, knowledge graphs, and learning analytics

- Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Gemini, GPT) for educational purposes

- Integrate Whisper/Coqui/STT models for real-time speech interaction

- Optimize performance for sub-5s response time across 100,000+ users

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years in AI/ML engineering, with solid Python and ML pipeline experience

- Experience with transformer models, LangChain, RAG, and prompt engineering

- Familiarity with open-source LLMs and fine-tuning frameworks

- Exposure to ROS, edge inference (Jetson/RPi) is a bonus

- Bachelors/Masters degree in AI, CS, or equivalent fields
