Job Title : Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications using the MERN stack.

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components.

- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, product managers) to deliver features on time.

- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in full stack development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js,Next.js, Express.js, MongoDB.

- Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.

- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git/GitHub/GitLab.

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) is a plus.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to microservices architecture.
