We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) with strong Agile delivery experience to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI platform and applications.

This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with deep familiarity with product development workflows, technical concepts, and user-centric design.

You will bridge the gap between business, engineering, and design to ensure product success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and deliver the product roadmap for AI-enabled applications across multiple sprints and releases.

- Collaborate with engineering leads, designers, and AI teams to define technical product requirements.

- Write detailed PRDs, epics, and user stories aligned with business and technical goals.

- Lead agile ceremonies sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives.

- Prioritize product backlog based on value, effort, and technical feasibility.

- Work closely with developers working on Python (backend), React.js/Node.js (frontend), Vector DBs, and RDBMS.

- Drive user research and work with UI/UX teams to deliver delightful, high-impact interfaces.

- Partner with QA and DevOps to ensure smooth releases, CI/CD adherence, and performance tracking.

- Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to capture feedback, validate features, and drive iteration.

Must-have Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 6+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years in a Technical Product Manager or Agile Product Owner role.

- Proven experience leading Agile delivery for complex software products.

- Solid understanding of modern technology stacks: Python, Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL/RDBMS, Vector DBs (e.g., Milvus, Pinecone).

- Experience delivering products involving UI/UX workflows, API integrations, and cloud-native architectures.

- Ability to understand technical trade-offs and communicate effectively with engineering teams.

- Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, etc.

Good-To-Have (Preferred) :

- Exposure to AI/ML-based products, LLM integrations, or RAG pipelines.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, API testing tools,and telemetry/analytics.

- Certification in Scrum, SAFe, or Agile Product Management.

- Experience in B2B SaaS productdevelopment.
