Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join our elite AI & Innovation Research Lab.

You will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust Python-based solutions for AI, and Intelligent Automation products.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is not just a coder but a builder and innovator who can contribute to AI research and enterprise grade systems development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and optimize backend systems and APIs in Python for AI-powered products and platforms.

- Collaborate with AI/ML researchers, data scientists, and product engineers to develop scalable and efficient data processing pipelines.

- Develop modular, reusable components in Python to support distributed and microservice-based architectures.

- Integrate with databases (SQL/PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Firestore) and message queues (Pub/Sub, Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Participate in the design of RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and fast asynchronous systems (using FastAPI, Uvicorn, etc.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices (CI/CD, Docker, GitOps).

- Mentor junior developers and review code to uphold engineering excellence.

- Contribute to research-backed PoCs, rapid prototypes, and high-performance production systems.

Must-have Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's /Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

- 6+ years of strong Python development experience in a backend or full-stack capacity.

- Proficient in building APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Flask.

- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

- Familiarity with message queues and asynchronous task execution.

- Solid understanding of software design patterns, OOP, and modular programming.

- Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience working in cloud environments (preferably GCP, AWS, or Azure).

Good-To-Have (Preferred) :

- Experience with AI/ML lifecycle tools like Hugging Face, LangChain, or TensorFlow/PyTorch.

- Familiarity with LLMs, Vector DBs (Milvus, Pinecone, etc.), and RAG-based architectures.

- Experience with data pipelines and ETL using tools like Apache Airflow or Prefect.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (Terraform, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.

- Contributions to open-source projects or published technical blogs/research.
