Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 4-5 Years of Experience to join our Innovation team focused on cybersecurity, Generative AI , and Cloud technologies.

The Ideal Candidate will have strong Foundations in both frontend and Backend development, with a passion for emerging technologies and security-first development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Core Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on security and scalability.

- Build responsive web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular).

- Develop robust backend services using Python, Node.js, or Java.

- Implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.

- Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to design efficient data models.

AI/ML Integration :

- Integrate AI/ML models into web applications and APIs.

- Develop chatbots and conversational AI interfaces.

- Implement natural language processing features.

- Work with vector databases and embedding technologies.

- Build AI-powered automation tools and workflows.

Cybersecurity Focus :

- Implement secure coding practices and security-first development.

- Develop authentication and authorization systems.

- Integrate security monitoring and logging systems.

- Build secure API gateways and microservices.

- Implement data encryption and privacy protection measures.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

- Work with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Monitor application performance and security metrics.

- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Frontend : React.js, Vue.js, or Angular (4+ years).

- Backend : Python (Django/FastAPI), Node.js, or Java (4+ years).

- Databases : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis (3+ years).

- Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP (2+ years).

- Version Control : Git, GitHub/GitLab (4+ years).

- API Development : REST, GraphQL (3+ years).

Preferred Qualifications :

Advanced Technical Skills :

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and message queues.

- Experience with real-time applications (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events).

- Understanding of distributed systems and scalability patterns.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

AI/ML & Security Specialization :

- Experience with MLOps and model deployment.

- Knowledge of AI model fine-tuning and optimization.

- Experience with security scanning tools (SAST, DAST, SCA).

- Understanding of zero-trust security architecture.

- Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA).

Cloud & Infrastructure :

- Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.

- Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Understanding of cloud security best practices.

- Experience with multi-cloud deployments.
