As the Enterprise Architect - Network Services, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how our proposed network solutions can effectively address those needs.

You will work closely with regional sales, pre-sales, engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless solution design and implementation.

This role requires a deep understanding of modern networking technologies, various industry segments, and the ability to design comprehensive solutions with a clear understanding of the business case.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deeply understand customer business challenges, drivers, and technical requirements through consultative discussions and workshops.

- Identify key pain points and opportunities for improvement in their network infrastructure.

- Create technology-enabled solutions for enterprise LAN & WAN environments, leveraging your expertise in wireless access points, switches, routers, SD-WAN, firewall technologies, and other relevant networking solutions.

- Design solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

- Keep abreast of modern networking technologies and trends, including cloud networking, network automation, and security advancements.

- Act as a thought leader and advocate for innovative solutions that drive digital transformation for our customers.

- Develop a strong understanding of various industry segments (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail) and their corresponding technology use cases.

- Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs and regulatory requirements of each industry.

- Design comprehensive solutions with a clear understanding of the business case, including ROI, TCO, and other relevant metrics.

- Present compelling proposals that demonstrate the value of our solutions to customers.

- Work across various OEMs (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet) and maintain strong relationships to ensure access to the best technologies and support.

- Collaborate effectively with sales, pre-sales, engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless solution design, implementation, and ongoing support.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Actively participate in the sales process, providing technical expertise and support to sales teams.

- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.

- Continuously update your technical knowledge and skills through training, certifications, and industry events.
