Isha Foundation - Senior Odoo Developer - ERP Implementation

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (new and existing).

- Implement and configure Odoo ERP to meet business requirements.

- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services.

- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and connectors for Odoo.

- Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards.

- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Odoo development (versions 13/14/15/16).

- Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM.

- Hands-on experience with Odoo module development, customization, and deployment.

- Good understanding of business workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.

- Experience in Odoo API integration (REST/SOAP, XML-RPC).

- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies : JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, QWeb.

- Proficient with Git, Docker, and deployment practices.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills :

- Experience with Odoo.

- sh and Odoo Enterprise Edition.

- Knowledge of Linux server administration.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Contribution to the Odoo community (open-source projects, modules)
