Description:

Project Planning & Initiation:

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans.

Project Execution & Coordination:

- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams.

- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team members are aligned with objectives.

- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, leadership, and team members.

Monitoring & Control:

- Track project performance using tools (e.g., Gantt charts, dashboards, KPIs).

- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.

- Identify and resolve issues to keep the project on track.

Stakeholder Management:

- Communicate project updates, challenges, and risks regularly.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain positive relationships.

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.

Project Closure:

- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.

- Document lessons learned and prepare final project reporting.

- Oversee project handover to operations/support teams.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.

- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.

- Experience in the companys relevant industry (e.g., IT services, software development)
