Seeking an iSeries Operations Technician to provide 1st line support and deliver exceptional customer service for our clients within agreed SLA's.

The successful candidate will manage operational duties, batch processing, incidents and alerts, resolving or escalating to senior support as required. They will also be responsible for managing changes, requests and maintenance of banking applications across multiple financial institutions.

This varied and exciting role will be office based in Pune and involves joining an existing shift rota.
