- We are seeking an IScala Techno-Functional Consultant to manage, implement, and optimize IScala ERP solutions.

- The consultant will work closely with business teams to understand requirements, configure IScala modules, and provide technical solutions.

- This role requires a strong understanding of both business processes and the technical capabilities of the IScala ERP system.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Configure IScala ERP modules : Financials, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, HR, Sales & Distribution.

- Customize and enhance IScala solutions using IScala development tools.

- Design and implement reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions.

- Assist in data migration, integration, and ensure accurate data flow between modules.

- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement ERP best practices.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

- Stay updated with IScala updates, new functionalities, and industry trends.

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with IScala ERP modules and IScala Studio.

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL and understanding of relational databases.

- Knowledge of ERP integration methods, APIs, and third-party system connectivity.

- Experience in reporting tools : Crystal Reports, Power BI, or equivalent.

- Workflow management, system configuration, and user access control.

Functional Skills :

- Strong knowledge of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Sales.

- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

- Functional documentation, process mapping, and UAT script preparation.

- Business process analysis and reengineering expertise.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

- Training and documentation skills for end-users.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

- 4- 8 years of experience in IScala ERP implementation, both functional and technical.

- IScala ERP certifications are an added advantage.
