Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI and API testing.

- Automate web applications using Selenium WebDriver with Java and TestNG.

- Implement and maintain API automation using Rest Assured and Postman.

- Develop BDD-based automation using Cucumber, including feature files and step definitions.

- Collaborate closely with POD SDETs, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and testing needs.

- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing across multiple releases.

- Ensure high test coverage and improve automation stability, reliability, and performance.

- Review automation code and provide guidance to ensure best practices and coding standards.

- Analyze test results, log defects clearly, and track issues to closure while ensuring quality deliverables.

Job Requirements :

- Strong SDET skillset aligned with existing POD-based SDET teams and agile practices.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.

- Strong expertise in API testing using Rest Assured and Postman.

- Experience in BDD frameworks using Cucumber and TestNG.

- Proficiency in Java programming with solid OOP concepts.

- Proven experience in test automation framework development from scratch or enhancement.

- Understanding of test design patterns, automation best practices, and reusable components.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with continuous integration.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and build tools (Maven/Gradle).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a quality-first mindset.
