Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned QA Hybrid Lead to join our dynamic team in Delhi NCR, focusing on delivering high-quality software solutions within the complex Capital Markets domain.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical automation strategy and functional business requirements, ensuring our trading platforms remain robust and reliable.

You will work closely with cross-functional development teams, product owners, and global stakeholders to oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle.

Your contribution will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our trade life cycle processes, directly impacting the efficiency and performance of our financial systems for our end users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement comprehensive automation frameworks using Selenium and TestNG to accelerate release cycles and improve overall test coverage.

- Lead the end-to-end testing strategy for complex trade life cycle scenarios, ensuring seamless integration across various financial platforms.

- Execute rigorous API testing to validate data integrity and system connectivity, particularly concerning FX protocols and external financial interfaces.

- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks within the SDLC, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality code delivery.

- Manage and mentor a high-performing QA team, providing technical guidance on Broadridge-related implementations and complex financial workflows.

- Partner with business analysts to translate intricate financial requirements into actionable test cases, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and TestNG within high-stakes financial environments.

- Deep functional knowledge of the capital market ecosystem, specifically regarding trade life cycle management and FX protocols.

- Proven ability to navigate and test complex systems, with specific experience working on Broadridge platforms or similar financial infrastructure.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform deep-dive API testing to ensure robust system communication and data accuracy.

- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical risks and testing progress to senior stakeholders and non-technical team members.

- A collaborative approach to problem-solving, with the flexibility to work effectively in a hybrid model based out of our Delhi NCR office.

- A minimum of 8 - 11 years of professional experience in quality assurance, with a track record of leading teams through complex software development lifecycles.
