Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SDET Lead with strong expertise in end-to-end white box testing and automation frameworks.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and executing robust testing strategies while ensuring high product quality across applications and platforms.

The role requires strong analytical skills, automation expertise, and the ability to work closely with development and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute end-to-end white box testing strategies

- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test scripts

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing

- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery

- Identify, track, and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle

- Improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and product quality

- Participate in test planning, code reviews, and release activities

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Software Testing / SDET roles

- Strong expertise in end-to-end testing and white box testing

- Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks and tools

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Financial Services (FS) domain experience will be an added advantage

- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office 3 to 4 days a week

- Ability to work in agile and fast-paced development environments
