Role Overview :

We're looking for a seasoned Hands-on Technologist with expertise in Java + Microservices, Big Data + Python, or UI Technologies.

This role blends deep technical involvement with leadership responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys coding while driving architectural decisions and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contribute to development with 40% hands-on coding.

- Lead solution design, architecture, and technical strategy.

- Manage and mentor two agile teams/pods.

- Oversee effort estimation, budgeting, and resource planning.

- Handle stakeholder communication, escalation, and risk management.

- Ensure code quality, technical excellence, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills :

Strong hands-on experience either in :

- Java + Microservices

- Big Data + Python

- Modern UI frameworks

- Solid grasp of system architecture, design patterns, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).

- Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management.

- Ability to clear Codility or similar coding assessments.

- AWS or equivalent cloud certification is a plus.
